You can delete your ForeverAfter account yourself, at any time, from inside the app. You do not need to ask us to do it.
How to delete your account
- Sign in at getforeverafter.com/login, or open the ForeverAfter app.
- Go to Settings.
- Press Delete account.
- Confirm with Yes, delete my account.
The deletion happens immediately and we cannot undo it. We sign you out as soon as it finishes.
What we delete
What goes depends on whether anybody else shares your wedding.
- A wedding only you are in is deleted in full. That covers the guest list, the budget, the checklist, the schedule, the seating plan, the wedding website, and every photo and voice message, including the stored files.
- A wedding you share stays, because it belongs to the other people in it too. We remove you from it and pass ownership to another member.
Your account itself goes either way, with your sign-in details and your sessions. Read our Privacy Policy for how long we keep anything else, and why.
If you cannot sign in
Email us at support@getforeverafter.com from the address on the account and we will delete it for you. Tell us the email address you signed up with, so we remove the right account.
