Frequently asked questions
How much does ForeverAfter cost?
The Starter plan is free and includes unlimited guests, budget tracking, expense management, a basic savings plan, and a public wedding website. Premium is a one-time payment of £19.99 (no subscription, no recurring charges) and unlocks RSVP with QR code, the seating chart builder, day-of itinerary, PDF exports, the full savings plan, and unlimited contributors and budget categories. Premium is purchased per wedding.
How do I upgrade to Premium?
Open the app and go to the Upgrade page. On the web, checkout is handled securely by Stripe. In the iOS and Android apps, Premium is purchased through the App Store or Google Play. Your Premium unlock applies to the wedding you purchased it for.
Can I get a refund?
Premium comes with a 14-day money-back guarantee. Email support@getforeverafter.com and we'll sort it out. Purchases made through the App Store are also subject to Apple's refund process, and purchases through Google Play to Google's refund process.
How do I reset my password?
On the login screen, choose Forgot passwordand enter your email address. We'll send you a link to set a new password. If you signed up with Google, use the Continue with Google button instead.
How do I invite my partner or wedding party?
Go to Contributors in the app and send an invite by email. Contributors can be given owner, contributor, or viewer access.
How do I delete my account or data?
You can delete your wedding and account data from Settings in the app, or email us at support@getforeverafter.com and we'll remove your data for you. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your information.
